Prices depend on the number booking
in each party as shown below. As booking in larger parties saves our
marketing costs, it is only
fair we pass these savings on to you. Prices
shown include virtually everything you need (see "What's Included"
below) for the two week adventure, except flights to Kathmandu from
where we start. As a guide, flights from London can be as low as £390,
and are usually around £500. You can either book your flights
through our partner agency who book for the group, or separately. If
separately, you will have to inform us of your flight details so we
can meet you at the airport. We limit our group sizes to eight in order
that the cultural experience with the local people remains intimate.

It is both safe and common for our visitors to travel alone and
we specifically do not apply a single person surcharge. You will
find yourself among a small group of like-minded people. We have two
single rooms in the mountains, but if taken room sharing may be necessary.

This includes providing the information on this Web site, providing knowledgeable representatives to answer any questions and help to structure the itinerary, and perhaps most importantly we share the names of previous visitors so you can talk independently. We also periodically hold information sessions which provide an overview of the experience, a video and an opportunity to ask questions face to face. For dates and venues, watch our home page. Our video brings the experience to life. For a free copy, please call us on +44 (0)20 7449 9530.
